How to Place an Order

Creating an Account

  1. Click Log In located on the top right of the page to navigate to the registration page.
  2. Under New Customers, click Create an Account.
  3. Fill out all of the pertinent fields. Enter your email address and your chosen password twice, then click Submit.
    Please note: password is case sensitive.
  4. You will be redirected to your account dashboard, with a message stating "Thank you for registering with Cascade School Supplies." You are now ready to place an order!

Promotional Item Purchasing

The promotional products on the Cascade School Supplies are filed under the categories displayed on the top of every page. By hovering the mouse over the categories, the various subcategories (if applicable) will automatically pop up.  For instance, by hovering over the category of Apparel, the site will reveal the three subcategories associated with it such as Men's Apparel, Women's Apparel, and Caps & Hats. Clicking on the link will take you to that category or subcategory page.

Once you choose the options (if applicable) and quantity of a desired product, click on Add to Cart. To visit your shopping cart for review, click on the cart icon on the top right of the page to access the cart menu and select View Cart. You can continue shopping by browsing through the categories, or click the Checkout link at the top of the Shopping Cart page, or under the cart menu, to begin the check out process.

Completing Your Purchase

  1. You may be asked to log in if you have not already done so. You have two options:
    1. Enter your credentials and click Login.
    2. If you have not yet registered, you may select Register. You will then be redirected to the registration page. For further instructions on how to register, please see Creating an Account at the top of this page.
  2. Please enter your billing information into the appropriate fields. At the bottom of the form, choose whether or not you would like to ship to your billing address, and click Continue.
  3. If you chose to ship to a different address, please enter your shipping information now, and click Continue when finished. If you chose to ship to your billing address, skip this step.
  4. Please choose your preferred shipping method. If your order is shipping internationally, you will be asked for your shipper number later. Click Continue.
  5. Choose a payment method (for example: credit card, purchase order, etc.) and complete the required information. Click Continue when finished.
  6. Please review your order for accuracy. If your order is shipping internationally, please enter your shipper number in the Special Instructions box. When ready, click Place Order to complete the checkout process. An order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
